Having been a part of the commercial world since 1977, the Kadoolu Group is one of Turkey's leading groups active in the food, real estate, domestic-foreign trade and energy fields. The company began making retail network and storage facility investments around the country in addition to its petroleum product distribution, marketing, import and export in 2006 under the Kadoil brand. Undertaking rapid and selective retailer investments with its ten regional headquarters, Kadoil continues its activities today with almost 300 retailers. As the first step of its overseas expansion plan, the company undertook overseas investment in Iraq and initiated the operation of its station network. Observing the rapid changes in the sector and accordingly defining the required paths to take, Kadoil supplies the fuel oil requirements of companies and establishments along with its individual customers. Kadoil's industrial customers include commercial transportation fleets, construction and mining companies, agricultural establishments, and auto-production/cogeneration companies in the energy sector. Aside from servicing customers with commercial and industrial fuel, Kadoil also provides logistics support, technical cooperation and engineering service support. Believing that strong partnerships established with goal-focused strategies are the key to success, Kadoil has signed an exclusivity contract with Mogaz, one of the most well-established LPG companies in the country, in 2011 and reached an agreement on selling Mogaz Maxi LPG at Kadoil stations. The combination of these two forces has provided both economical and environmental benefits, and getting the chance to work with Kadoil has pleased the LPG users. Emphasizing investments for rapid and continuous development, Kadoil has initiated the operation of its Mediterranean Filling Facilities, established an area of over 70,000 m2 with a 141,000 m3 petroleum product storage capacity, in 2008 in order to store petroleum products for international trade and country-wide distribution as well as to provide higher quality services. Providing services with quality and prices at an international standard with the significant investments made for the facility, Kadoil also provides services that can respond to the needs of other business fields along with oil trade, fuel deliveries and regional needs. The company uses the facility's capacity as type A warehouses, with 30,000 m3 used for regional and local demands and 111,000 m3 to expand to the international oil market and create new business opportunities in Turkey for foreign oil companies, both as type A warehouses. Set 5 km from the shore, the biggest and most modern facility of Turkey and the Mersin region along with the only facility with 65,000 DWT capacity at a 14 meter draft and an offshore platform that receives 2 ships at once, Kadoil Mediterranean Filling Facility allows companies trading petroleum both locally and internationally to utilize the strategic benefits of the facility.
