Some may say serving the customer with an automotive need is simple, repair the problem and you have done your job. Here at Kaizen Auto Care serving our customers goes so much further than the part where we actually repair your vehicle. Providing a loaner vehicle, towing services, and daily updates while your vehicle is being repaired is one of the many ways we have found a way to separate our company from many other shops. Superior customer service has always been our goal with each and every customer that joins the Kaizen family. It has always and will always be my goal to be the solution for our customer's automotive needs. With each customer we always try to find a way to make the repair memorable in great way by doing that "little bit extra" that did not need to be done.
