Taking our name from 'Key Account Management', we have a management strategy of focussing on key clients who receive an uncompromising service every time they engage with us. Our benchmark of delivering excellent service ensures that our clients return for more and make referrals to their contacts seeking a service level they can respect, appreciate and trust. Our Kam team are driven by client retention. We appreciate that ensuring high standards of customer care on current projects can secure the future relationship and commissions. Our methodology aims to ensure we understand your needs, align ourselves with your requirements and develop an everlasting relationship. Kam owners are Kevin Sims and Mike Wilcock, formerly with Davis Langdon and latterly Davis Langdon an AECOM Company. Kevin founded the Industrial team in 1990 and this was subsequently headed up by Mike in 2007. We base ourselves in Milton Keynes from where we serve clients nationally and internationally. In Kam's first year of trading our own expectations have been hugely exceeded. Clients such as Bericote, IDI Gazeley, ASDA, JD Sports, Porcelanosa and Euro Car Parts supported this achievement. Following a successful first year of trading, Kam are now expanding into the education market.
