The founder Mr Dean James Kane is an experienced Private Landlord who has bought, sold and rented many properties over the years. There has been a gap in the market for many years for a genuine Letting Management Agent who is not money orientated and who believes in offering both Landlords and Tenants a Personal, honest, and reliable service at an affordable price. Due to Mr Kanes own rules and procedures he has followed throughout the years growing his property profile, more and more family and friends have come to him for help and advice with their rental properties which has led to the recommendations to people they know and then thereafter Kane Empires was born. We have developed a unique and unbeatable formula for renting our properties and offering tenants a secure and safe home without charging the earth to do so. We operate a friendly efficient approach to properties and will take on anything from a studio flat to a luxury house with acres of land. Nothing is unachievable and the right tenant is just around the corner. We have a duty of care to both Landlords and Tenants and both parties will be treated as equals, we will not take sides and act as we see appropriate and as legally fit. We will act within both parties best interests. We are a family run business, therefore your sole point of contact throughout your Contract/Tenancy with us will either be Dean or Louise (partner and co founder) who is fully aware of ALL on goings within the business.
