3) KAS Certification shall not provide any activities related to design, maintaining, application and continuation/development of management systems. 4) KAS Certification shall not certify other bodies providing certification services. Therefore KAS Certification shall never provide, even not propose, any consultancy services, which are described below: Establishment and documentation of manuals, guides and procedures. Participation into the decision making process for management system issues. Declaration to auditee the ease of certification when specific consultancy services are obtained. Providing specific advice for establishment, application and maintaining of management systems for certification decision. In all kind of standard assessment, both full time and contracted personnel duly declare and accept that; They have no kind of commercial connection with the organization, to be assessed, at least for 2 years before the date of audit, and they have no affiliation, affecting the impartiality and objectiveness, including system management consultancy. They have the qualification and skills conforming to the requirements of their appointment. They shall perform and realize the appointment in conformance with the accreditation, standard, and KAS Certification procedures.
