Founded in 2003, Katz Coffee is a small-batch, custom roasting operation based in Houston, Texas. Katz Coffee creates and roasts custom and proprietary blends for many of Houston's most highly-acclaimed and discriminating chefs and restaurant owners. Now, you can brew the Katz Coffees you've enjoyed at your favorite restaurants and coffee shops at home. We specialize in the finest coffee from sources that prioritize environmental responsibility and are Fair Trade Certified. Our goal is to achieve perfection in every cup.
