Kogan Builders is committed to green design and construction through the following designations: Certified Green Professional Through the National Green Building Program, the National Association of Home Builders is helping its members move the practice of green building into the mainstream. Energy efficiency, water and resource conservation, sustainable or recycled products, and indoor air quality are increasingly incorporated into the everyday process of home building. The Certified Green Professional is an exclusive designation offered by the NAHB. It is designed to teach industry professionals strategies for incorporating green design and building principles into homes using cost-effective options. Certification requires a minimum of 2 years industry experience, successful completion of Green Building courses, as well as continuing education. The entire management team at Kogan Builders are certified Green Professionals.
