KBW Ventures helps our clients obtain access to the world's most exciting and innovative new private companies via highly competitive rounds of financing. We execute this by taking concentrated Limited Partnership (LP) positions in a handful of Platform Venture Capital Managers, each of which typically has hundreds (or thousands) of portfolio companies that KBW Ventures can access for direct investments. In some cases, we take LP positions in the funds of our Platform Venture Capital Managers, while in others, KBW Ventures will invest directly in portfolio companies sharing profits with the Platform Venture Capital Manager. We invest in the best companies that are also backed by the best VC funds.
