KDEE 97.5 FM KDEE-LP is owned and operated by the California Black Chamber of Commerce Foundation, a non-profit 501 (c)3 organization. The mission of the foundation is simple; to educate and empower the listeners through radio programs that will help influence+ FM can be heard in the Greater Sacramento Valley, Rancho Cordova, Citrus Heights, Orangevale, Fair Oaks, Carmichael, Folsom, and Roseville.
