Game Day Enterprises, Inc., "The Corporation," is involved with the design, manufacturing and distribution of the Pro Cube puzzle, an innovative product. The artwork for the Pro Cube puzzle is produced locally which grants The Corporation the freedom to adapt cubes to the specifications of each client. The puzzle is a unique product which will illustrate pertinent information such as telephone numbers, web-sites, services available, and/or other information. The Pro Cube puzzle has been marketed under exclusive licensing arrangements. These licenses span a vast variety of industries including entertainment, sports and the corporate world. Our clients include Janet Jackson, Sea World, National Football League, World Wrestling Federation, NASCAR, First Union National Bank, Colleges/Universities and the list is growing. The Corporation has developed a multi-tiered marketing approach which includes direct marketing as well as distribution through wholesale channels. Due to the overwhelming response received to the Pro Cube puzzle, The Corporation has experienced considerable growth in the last three (3) years. We will continue to practice multiple distribution strategies to allow us to continually have the flexibility to meet each clients' demands.
