Kevin Green Lettings

Kevin Green has created a substantial residential portfolio since 1999 when he climbed onto the property investment train and bought his first deal. Previously Kevin was a successful dairy farmer in South Wales increasing his family's business from 40 to 400 cows. Kevin however became disillusioned with the primary production in agriculture with all its tightening margins. He had to work physically hard in his business in order to make it work and felt he was working really hard for his money. He became aware through reading books by leading entrepreneurs that a wise person gets their money to work for them and sets up passive income streams.
