KeyTech was formed in 1998 as a diversified telecommunications holding company. KeyTech purchased Logic Communications Ltd. from Millennium International Ltd. that same year and, one year later, in 1999 acquired all the shares of The Bermuda Telephone Company Limited. In 2002, BTC Mobility Limited (Mobility) was granted a Class B Wireless Network License by the Minister of Telecommunications and Mobility thereafter began operations as a separate subsidiary of KeyTech. In June of that same year, the Bermuda Telephone Directory was brought under the KeyTech umbrella and commenced operations as the Bermuda Yellow Pages Limited. BTC Mobility was later rebranded M3 Wireless and in 2011 merged with Cellular One to form CellOne, Bermuda's largest provider of cellular services. In 2004 WestTel was formed as a joint venture between KeyTech and WestStarTV. In 2010, KeyTech purchased 100% of the shares of WestTel Limited and rebranded the business as Logic. Today CellOne, Quovadis, and Bermuda Cable Vision are all affiliates of KeyTech Limited representing the best Bermuda has to offer in telecommunications infrastructure and know-how. Positioned together they represent the largest single driving force in the local communications industry.
