KINDRED Studios is a lifestyle studio that focuses on fitness and wellness in an upscale boutique environment, for both parent and baby. Our unique space offers a Romp Room for play, and specializes in prenatal/postpartum-safe and baby-friendly yoga, barre, ballet and indoor cycling classes as well as in-house resource workshops, support groups and classes for baby.
