This includes interviewing various members of your team to determine your needs, and a site survey to inspect building conditions and create an inventory list of the items that need to be decommissioned. We then develop and process a scope of work statement, and provide you with recommendations and a budget analysis of the project. Once this is complete, we hold regular project meetings to ensure a smooth process from start-to-finish.
