Kitbag operate city centre and stadium stores for a variety of partners including Everton FC, Manchester City FC and Leicester Tigers Rugby. Our stores are designed to provide fans with the best customer journey as a whole. To do this we ensure that we offer the best in all sectors of the business. As we are a multi-channel business we are able to serve customers with click and collect options. Stores also offer personalisation over a broad range of products from shirts through to football boots. We constantly monitor and invest in upcoming technologies, the launch of green screens being one of our latest installations to aid the boost of the customer experience. Apart from physical features to the stores we take great pride in general service. Kitbag often hold staff training sessions for it's employees with suppliers (Nike/ Adi etc.) so that they are able to advise the customer to the highest standard. Furthermore, all three of clubs under Kitbag's venue operation (Everton, Manchester City and Leicester Tigers) reside amongst the Top 5 in the Premier League Football Club Mystery Shop Visit Scheme.
