Kitchen Divas

We have been attached at the heart and hip since the first day we met, and we love to create new dishes to keep things interesting. Variety is definitely the spice of life! Even though neither of us has any formal training we have always had a passion, some might say obsession, with food, recipes, cooking and eating! We live in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and so are surrounded by an abundance of great restaurants; but more often than not we prefer to stay home and eat in. We are all about simplifying mealtime: Trying to make meals fast and easy to help make your life as simple as possible. Our focus is on taking stress out of the kitchen, while creating incredible dishes. You certainly don't have to sacrifice quality to save time. I am self- taught, with a passion for home cooked meals inspired by both of my grandmothers. For our site Kitchen Divas and our recipes, I am the main mess maker, baker, photographer and writer. Ken does all of the barbecuing and cooks all of the shellfish (I am deathly allergic). Together we make one awesome team! He, our boys, and friends and family are the main food testers. Our process:
