KMB is a diverse group of talented real estate professionals with backgrounds in real estate appraisal, valuation, facilities management, and maintenance. We have licensed leasing agents on staff, and even an internal CPA. KMB Management was created years ago, when a group of real estate appraisers, who owned their own property, were asked to manage property for other owners.
