Our legacy of excellence began in 1962, when Emmett Koelsch recognized a need for specialized senior living communities. With a passion for construction and a keen eye for detail, Emmett successfully built an extensive addition to his family’s modest nursing home in Kelso, Washington. Today, the Koelsch family owns and operates 23 elegant senior living communities in six states, most of which we built from the ground up. We quickly put to work for others the same construction expertise we developed building our own facilities. Our current portfolio of building projects completed or in the works totals more than $125 million in senior and commercial facilities in eight states.
