Kolodny Law Group
Like many others at Kolodny & Anteau, I provide pro-bono legal services to clients from time to time. A recent case I worked on was a paternity case referred to Kolodny & Anteau by the Harried Buhai center. The opposing party in the case was subject to a Criminal Protective Order that was issued after he assaulted our client. Another pro-bono case I worked on was a marital dissolution action, in which we represented the husband, an Iraqi war veteran stationed in Alabama. The opposing party in that case had fled Alabama with the parties' child (and while pregnant with their second child) without the husband's knowledge or consent, and had filed a divorce petition in California three days later.
