Kongskilde was founded in Denmark in 1949 by Mogens Petersen and Hans Tyndeskov.Today, Kongskilde Industries A/S is owned by Green Park Partners, a UK based principal investment fund. The company’s core businesses consist of GRAIN (grain handling equipment) and INDUSTRY (system solutions for pneumatic conveying and handling of process material in the plastic, paper and packaging industries). Headquarters and production facilities are located in Sorø (Denmark) with sales offices in Denmark, France, Germany, Spain, Poland, UK, USA, South Africa and Thailand.
