Kibenko, Onika & Partners is a rapidly developing law firm that was founded in March 2011 by two partners, Olena Kibenko and Yaroslava Onika. Currently, the firm is a workplace to 15 lawyers and advicers, who specialize in numerous areas of law. Partners of the firm are among the members of the Expert Councils under the ministries and other public authorities. They are actively involved in law making activities and research. In addition, they teach law in the leading Ukrainian and foreign law schools. This allows us to be the first to know about the upcoming amendments in the legislation, as well as to develop innovative and efficient solutions for even the most sophisticated cases.
