Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Alojz was a Technical Director for many years and received several awards for innovation and achievements. With the wealth of life experience, he is a valued consultant to the leading team. In 1999, the construction of a smaller production hall started due to successful operation. After moving to the new location, a purchase of modern processing machines and a design of a modern business system followed. In this period, the Company focused on the production of smaller batches of more demanding products. The increasing volume of work in 2014 resulted in the need for further recruitment, strengthened machine park and new, bigger premises. Now, 59 persons are employed and 23 machines are used in the area of 3000 m2. From the very start, the Company's policy has aimed at the continuous improvement of the quality of products and services, employee training, creating the best conditions for work, fair long-term cooperation with customers and suppliers and the introduction of modern organizational methods.
