in a modern and busy world of plenty, we believe there are few places to have a fresh, delicious, healthy, affordable, and quickly served meal of a high quality. we at koykan think that people deserve better food while not compromising on their busy schedules and restricted budget. koykan is a multi-channel, fast, casual restaurant chain serving affordable food which is healthy and tasty. we provide fast service in a cosy setting, with environment friendly packaging to modern consumers around the world. the company currently operates 5 fast-casual restaurants in zagreb, croatia, and we are preparing for an expansion to the eu market. using our fast cloning, low-cost store setups and franchising, we aim to disrupt the eu fast-casual space and operate more than 100 new stores by the end of 2025.
