Kalamazoo Public Library

Since 1860, the Kalamazoo Public Library has helped to create a community where people aspire to learn, engage, and thrive. Each year, Kalamazoo Public Library serves the more than 115,000 residents of the Kalamazoo Public School district, Oshtemo and Kalamazoo townships and the city of Kalamazoo. The library champions reading, ignites imagination, and ensures access to information and ideas through its extensive collection, excellent staff, and creative collaborations with the schools, business, law and medical communities, and dozens of civic, cultural and religious institutions and organizations.
