KPM Association Management

Knobler Property Management manages the HOA for both Malaga Townhomes (classified condominiums) and Travis Terraces. In both neighborhoods, Knobler was selected to replace the previous management company in an effort to improve services and accounting. Both are newly constructed or recently constructed, high-end, for-sale townhome communities. I am the developer/builder on one and the other community is my personal residence. Knobler has surpassed my expectations and we plan to use them on future developments.
