KEY PROPERTY SERVICES is a full service real estate firm that offers MANAGEMENT, BROKERAGE, DEVELOPMENT and CONSULTING services. We have specialized in the management of income producing investment property. We are located in Vancouver, Washington and consider the Pacific Northwest our home. KPS records are fully computerized, including the on-site facilities. A number of the on-site personnel are Accredited Resident Managers (ARM). Key Property Services, Inc. was established in 1987 by Paul A. Nelson, CPM, CCIM. The company was formed as a high quality, full-service real estate firm specializing in the asset management of income producing properties. KPS was certified in 1990 as an Accredited Management Organization (AMO) by the Institute of Real Estate Management as a Certified Property Manager.
