Formed in 2007 the Thai/European managed company has sought to bring experience, knowledge and talent together to develop successful real estate projects in the Krabi region. For each of our Real Estate projects whether its a Pool Villa project, a commercial building, a home office project or a condominium, we will find and partner with the most suitable architects for the project whether found locally or nationally. Whether the project demands a very traditional or modern avante garde approach, we will create the right design team to make the idea into a reality. This approach to design gives us access to the widest range of designers while also being more cost effective than being constrained by in-house architects.
