Krabi Developments is an independent property developer with a long established presence in the Krabi region of Southern Thailand. The group commenced its first project in 1994 with the construction of the Lai Thai Resort, the first luxury boutique hotel located in Ao Nang Beach, Krabi. This trend setting project won numerous accolades and achieved a listing in the Top 100 Resorts of Thailand by French travel writer Lily Yousry Jouve. Over the years our clients have benefited greatly from of our highly respected team of project, construction and financial planners. We manage the development process from inception to completion, working across a wide range of sectors and property types. From green field sites to the repositioning of underperforming assets, we specialize in projects that are too small or too challenging for other firms to handle. The group is lead by our principal, Mr. Robert C. Reynolds, a former Wall Street investment banker who holds a Master's Degree in Finance. As a permanent resident of Thailand and with 20 years of experience in the country, he oversees our diversified team of managers who collectively drive all aspects of the project development, financing and asset management processes.
