Kreditprombank

Kreditprombank was established on 20th May 1997. It is a holder of Banking Licence No. 174 issued by the National Bank of Ukraine. On the basis of its bank stock and till, the Bank is ranked among the 20 biggest banks of Ukraine; and it is one of the most reliable banks of our country. By the 1st January 2005, net assets of the bank amounted to UAH 1,395.3 million, and the increment of growth amounted to UAH 89.6 million as compared with the beginning of the year. Capital of the bank on January, 1, 2005 is UAH236,0 million. National Comission on Securities and Stock market has registered third release of shares OJSC "Kreditprombank" in quantity of 14 million, nominal cost UAH 10 for each, total nominal cost - UAH 140 million, in the documentary form. Thus, the registered Statutory capital of OJSC "Kreditprombank" makes UAH 249 millions. Client-friendly strategy, development of regional branch network and high tech banking operations are the priority vectors of the strategic development of the Bank. Corporate clients of the bank comprise more than 5000 organisations including core-forming enterprises of energy economy, military sector, chemical industry, metal manufacture, pharmaceutical, food and light industries, telecommunications and trade and service enterprises. The bank supports intensively small and medium-sized business granting finance on favourable terms under MSP-2 credit line of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development for small and medium enterprises. The bank endeavours to establish long-term relations with the individual clients on the basis of an analysis of the needs and expectations of potential and existing clients, prompt and quality service and introduction of innovation know-how and services. The bank pays substantial attention to a development of its regional business structure. On January, 1, 2005, Kreditprombank has 8 regional branches and 31 regional departments. In 2005, 5 branches and more then 30 regional departments will be opened in the developed regions of Ukraine. Kreditprombank is a member of Kyiv Bank Union and the First Stock Trade System. The bank co-operates extensively with such international payment systems as S.W.I.F.T., MasterCard, VISA Int., American Express and Western Union international remittance system. The bank has well established correspondent relations with the banks of Europe, USA, CIS countries, Baltic countries and Ukrainian banks, which makes it possible to provide for the maximum prompt execution of payments - both in the domestic market and with foreign partners - in the basic world currencies. The reliability and stability of the bank are confirmed with its strict adherence to the standard requirements of the National Bank of Ukraine and with the results of annual audits of the financial accounts of the bank in compliance with the international and national standards. Kreditprombank is one of the first financial institutions in the CIS and Baltic countries that has started an introduction of the quality assurance system in compliance with ISO 9001:2000 international standard. The high quality of the operation of the bank had been crowned with winning the Golden Trade Marks'2000 International Competition and obtaining the Golden Medal of the french Association of Industry Promotion.
