Krist Oil Company owns and operates gas stations and convenience stores in Upper Michigan, Northern Wisconsin, and Minnesota. The company offers propane and heating fuel delivery for home heating needs. Krist Oil Company was formerly known as Stambaugh Oil Company and changed its name to Krist Oil Company in January 1956. The company was founded in 1917 and is based in Iron River, Michigan.
