In addition, the company offers sports cars under the X-Bow brand. KTM AG distributes its products to independent dealers and importers through sales companies and joint ventures. The company was formerly known as KTM Power Sports AG and changed its name to KTM AG in May 2012. The company is based in Mattighofen, Austria. KTM AG is a subsidiary of CROSS KraftFahrZeug Holding GmbH.
