Where KulaHub really provides us with an additional value add, is the ease with which we can modify contact screens, create new fields from which we can draw reports that we can then use as part of our follow up sales calls. The cloud platform also allows us to effortlessly link the office with our sales team who are out on the road. At the end of each sales meeting our sales team can update KulaHub with details of what was discussed along with what requests for information/ product are required and we can then re-act promptly to satisfying the needs of the customer/ prospective customer. We have found that it has become a valuable asset not only as a marketing tool but also a CRM tool as well.
