KURAUDIA CO., LTD., a Japan-based company along with its subsidiaries, is principally involved in the bridal business. The Company is chiefly engaged in the wholesale of wedding costumes to costumers, as well as the rental of wedding costumes to costumers, the retail of costumes to individual customers and the operation of wedding halls, among others. Through its subsidiaries, it is also involved in the rental and sale of wedding costumes to wedding halls and hotels, the provision of wedding ceremony services, as well as the manufacture of wedding dresses.
