KVHC is proud to recognize our employees who continually go above and beyond for our patients. Bryan Noyes is KVHC's Employee of the Month for November 2015! Bryan is involved in almost every project that KVHC undertakes and the month of November was no exception. He has proven himself to be valuable to all the different teams functioning within KVHC. Each form, video, report or survey he creates or edits is completed promptly. The clinical team relies on Bryan to assist with the forms and letters that are in Athena and used daily. His willingness to assist is greatly appreciated. Rebecca Cropley is KVHC's Employee of the Month for October 2015! Becky has quickly become an integral part of the KVHC Nursing Team. She came to KVHC directly from graduation of MA school and quickly adapted to KVHC and our team. Becky was nominated by a provider who noted that she has taken over as the "Pediatric Nurse" extremely well, particularly since she had not had a lot of pediatric experience. Dr Nelson explains: "Pediatrics requires that every different age has its own needs, remembering what to do at all the well visits as well as dealing with all the sick children and their parents! Becky is a blessing, I love working with her and she makes coming to work easy and enjoyable. I don't know what I would do without her". Becky's manager and the rest of the Management Team agreed, and selected Becky for the October 2015 EOM.
