Valley Public Radio

Valley Public Radio is the National Public Radio (NPR) affiliate in Central California. It operates stations KVPR (Fresno 89.3) and KPRX (Bakersfield 89.1 FM) from a state-of-the-art broadcast center located in Clovis, CA. The station features news and information programming from National Public Radio as well as local news, and classical music. FM89 also operates KVPR.org and the KPVR mobile app for smartphones and tablets. In 2018, Valley Public Radio celebrates its 40th anniversary.
