M & S Machining was founded in 1989 in Winchester, KY. Twenty years later, M & S Machining is a recognized leader in CNC Machining with 5-Axis capability and Hydroforming and Sheet Metal Fabrication for the Aerospace and Defense Industries. We manufacture parts machined and formed from aluminum to titanium to Inconel®. Our parts are manufactured from late model state-of-the-art CNC equipment. M & S Machining Quality System is registered to AS9100 and ISO 9001:2008. Our Scope of Registration is Precision Machining with 5-Axis Capability, Hydroforming and Sheet Metal Fabrication of Aerospace and Defense Components; excluding Design and Service. We are NADCAP certified to Aerospace Quality System (AC7004) and NADCAP certified to Non-Destructive Testing. We offer MIG and TIG welding from weld only to full fabrication for our associated industries. We are small enough to provide each customer with personal attention, yet large enough to employ the latest technology. M & S Machining has a history of performing on new projects with near impossible delivery requirements - be it prototypes or thousands.
