Kyokan
Making blockchain accessible to everyone on earth. At Kyokan, craftsmanship comes first. Everything starts with understanding: what users want, why they want it, and how we can make it simple. Our team of developers and designers are dedicated to bringing the best user experience to any blockchain - from idea to development, and every detail in between. In past lives, Dan was a Software Engineer @leportlabs, where he built internal tools for modern, tech-enabled "smart" Montessori schools. Before starting Kyokan, he was a Senior Software Engineer @BlacklightCMS building rapid domain provisioning and site-building tools for direct response marketers. Matthew led frontend engineering efforts to build end-to-end encrypted communication applications for Wall Street firms at Perzo (acquired by Goldman Sachs to become Symphony.) After Symphony, Matthew joined Wealthfront, and later co-founded Spectrum Labs, Inc. after successfully closing a seed round to provide AI-based trust-and-safety tools. Matthew joined Kyokan to bring his deep knowledge of software engineering and engineering management to the cryptocurrency space. Jacky is a full-stack software engineer and frontend expert. An early engineer at Symphony, he built secure chat applications for Wall Street. As a Software Engineer at Uber, Jacky&s;s work made an impact on the majority of Uber&s;s drivers through the global (700+ city) onboarding funnel. Jacky brings world-class code quality and development velocity, design expertise and product sense to Kyokan. We rarely send out e-mails, and it&s;s only to keep you updated.
