LAG is the market leader in frozen focaccia and bread in Italy that was formed by the merger of Agritech and Lanterna Alimentari Genova. In three factories, all in Italy, LAG produces deepfrozen bakery specialities for large retailers and food service, in Italy and abroad. In 2013 LAG realised a turnover of 87 million euro with around 300 employees.
