La Haut Resort

La Haut is ideal for weddings, groups, nature lovers and health and wellness holidays. The Resort consists of 17 rooms which can sleep 34 persons with some rooms large enough to accommodate additional persons. The rooms are scattered around the plantation, some in a refurbished cocoa house and copra house. Rooms are spacious, bright and airy with private balconies, bathrooms and all have views. Most of the rooms have Air conditioning with only 3 rooms not containing Air conditioning. One can relax and step back in time where you can enjoy the flitter of the hummingbirds, soaring of hawks on the air currents, the bray of the donkey at sunrise, sound of crickets and sparkle of fireflies at night. Each room is equipped with a toaster, mini fridge, electric kettle, fresh fruits (seasonal), a luxurious King sized bed, ceiling fan\Air Condition and en-suite bathroom. At the Delice Restaurant and Bar on property we serve breakfast and lunch ONLY. We do not serve dinner and can seat a maximum of 90 persons. The restaurant specializes in healthy and wholesome food using freshly grown local produce. Many fruits and vegetables in St Lucia have great health benefits and the resort encourages their use and consumption.
