La Lomita Ranch

Originally, La Lomita ranch was 700 acres built and developed by the Salis Family from Spain in the mid 1970s, bringing to San Luis Obispo a beautiful, full service Andalusion Breeding facility. In the mid 1990s the ranch was acquired by a property developer and subdivided into five parcels. The 160-acre parcel with the equine facility was acquired from the developer in 1996. The remaining parcels were later acquired by vineyards, giving La Lomita Ranch a beautiful and peaceful backdrop for the facility it is today!
