David Carl Landin, founder of Landin, had years of insurance industry experience including claims management and the development of self-insurance services for public entities and groups. In fact, Mr. Landin left Yeager & Company (currently called Sedgwick) after he successfully developed most of the self-insurance programs in Virginia so that he could found Landin to deliver the level of service desired by a majority of self-insurers. David Craig Landin, Esquire, Landin's President and CEO, purchased Landin in 1994 and provides the strategic guidance to Landin's staff to ensure that the principles on which Landin is based are fulfilled on behalf of its clients.
