Lanier Realty also manages Homeowners Associations. We have the experience necessary and systems already in place. We supervise and coordinate all the maintenance of the grounds including pool, fitness center, tennis courts, clubhouse, playground, gate system in addition to other common areas. We take a pro-active approach to maintenance and enforcement of the covenants. Our staff handles all of the Association accounts payables, receivables and collections, and works diligently with the Board of Directors.
