Lanna SoftWorks Company, Ltd was formed in 2005 in Chiang Mai, Thailand as an alternative to existing offshore software development organizations. As a 20 year veteran of software development in the U.S. from Silicon Valley startups and large-scale system vendors to in-house I.T. organizations at Fortune 500 companies, founder David Turner believed that the reality of working with offshore development groups was often far less rewarding than the promise, but that it needn't be and that by bringing U.S. experience and expertise together with the creativity and energy of the Thai people that promise could be realized.
