In September 2021, Lansons announced that Gordon Tempest-Hay, the former CEO of both Teneo in the UK and Blue Rubicon, is to join as CEO on January 1, 2022. In New York, Josh Passman, formerly of Prosek Partners, joined as CEO in April 2021.
