It is at the heart of everything we do, and in the mind of every member of our team. We make sure of it. Everyone who works for LASAR Underground Construction is required to read, understand and obey our Safety and Illness Prevention Guide, which is a key component of their new employee package. Our Employee Safety video is also required viewing and, of course, all new employees must undergo drug testing. Additionally, throughout the course of their employment with LASAR, all team members are required to attend weekly tailgate meetings with our supervisors and foremen, as well as monthly safety meetings where new and ongoing safety information can be discussed. And to ensure that our leadership team is always up-to-speed on current safety data, quarterly safety meetings are conducted for all supervisors, foremen and management personnel.
