Las Brisas Hotel Group is a hotel investment, asset management and operating company based in Southern California. Established in 1992, LBHG is a boutique firm of dedicated hoteliers with a proven track record of maximizing real estate value and investor returns. Through its ability to optimize the physical asset and the guest experience, Las Brisas Hotel Group has become a preferred operator of Hilton Hotels Corporation and Best Western International. LBHG has consummated over $100 million in real estate investment, management and advisory assignments and is well positioned to expand its current portfolio of three hotels through acquisitions of mid-scale and upper scale properties with 100 to 180 keys in primary markets and resort destinations. Las Brisas Hotel Group started as a hotel management company and shortly after its inception it began limited co-investment projects with its investor base. In 2004 the company transitioned to a full service hotel investment, asset management and operating company with 3 properties currently under direct management.
