We continually strive to improve our service level via a number of dedicated programmes. These include the fostering of close, sound business relationships with our suppliers, which are augmented by visits to and from these principals. Internal and external training programmes for our staff ensure that they are always aware of the very latest developments. Audits (both internal and external), coupled with a continuous monitoring programme of customer perceptions of our performance, help to highlight potential problems and ensure that we introduce corrective actions. In 2004, our structure and company systems were evaluated and recorded as being compliant with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2000 standard.
