Latco Enterprises Real Estate Group is a family run development company. We feel that the trust and support of relationships throughout our company have given us the opportunities to venture out into new, uncharted territories. Our ability to perform has been proven time after time since 1972. The individuals responsible for the success of our company are as follows: Robert Lattanzio Position: President / Partner Education: Robert holds Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California Polytechnic University at San Luis Obispo, California Experience: Robert presently holds a B-1 General Contractors License and has been in the development business since 1972 maintaining the overall health and wealth of Latco Enterprises Real Estate Group by overseeing the operations of both construction and property management divisions. Robert has built close to 1500 residential units. From there he bought several office buildings and rehabbed them. After selling his office buildings he went into building rental shopping centers. Robert and his son have built close to 2 ½ million square feet of retail shopping centers. Robert is a 4 Time Open Racquet Ball champion. 2008 Men's 65+ Champion, 2014 Open Men's 70 Champion, 2016 US Open Men's Single Finalist. He is a loving father and grandfather to six grandchildren.
