Having been raised in a large Italian family that loves to cook, I have always had a passion for using fresh ingredients in unique culinary creations. We take great pride in our bistro featuring locally grown and raised meats, dairy and produce, and when seasons allow - fresh herbs and produce from our own gardens. Starting with these farm-fresh ingredients, I am thrilled to create and share new twists on old favorites.
