Laux Sporting Goods

Laux was founded by 1921 by Al Laux. Succeeded by James Laux (President 1959) and David Laux in 1998. Currently Laux is one of the 6th oldest sporting goods dealers in the U.S. Laux has grown from humble beginnings and now operates 6 retail mall stores and an institutional sales force covering 250 high schools and colleges from Buffalo to Syracuse. At their 17,000 sq foot warehouse Laux operates a complete screen shop,their office force and their institutional sales force. Laux employs approximately 50 full time and 50 part time employees.
